As regards time and doing, I just saw a post in a chronic pain support group asking people what they had learned as they got older that they were thankful for... I had to say, "I'm glad I did what I did when I could."
Thanks for this inspiring post. I am getting back into life now after being ill for a long time. I read recently (again) that a lot of anxiety is just the result of procrastination. A relative used to say to me, "There will never be a better time to do it than now!"
And yes, anxiety and procrastination are very much linked. A good lesson to learn and your relative is right. Something I've been working on. The whole "what am I afraid of" question when putting things off.
You know me too well 😘.
I know Bosch. I'll see your Bosch, and raise you our friend https://arthurhpoore.com. :-)

This made me laugh. Of course Artie!
Wow, you chronic pain support group reply - that's gonna linger. Thank you for sharing.
Ice cream and no blisters 😊 a good day!
Especially the no blisters.
Icecream for dinner ?
Schedule what time permits; be yourself; enjoy the freedom to be spontaneous. That’s one I miss. Love your writing cafe; lovely place.
Thanks Judith.
