Hi Dear Evelyne, I must say I agree with both the 2 comments I can see from Fabrizio and Judith. I get so Amazed how very detailed your comments are! I feel as if I am taking all the Scenic Train rides with the schedules, so precise along with you but could never be as organized recounting them as you always do. Thanks for sharing all your many special moments with us!! I hope to see you a bit later today at this point of course virtually from Boston!! Your FRIEND! 🥲

Always, Apache and Neal 🐾👍☮️🌈

Thank you so much Neal and Apache. Not sure if you'll see me. I'm tired and don't want to yawn at everybody, but I'll definitely listen for a bit.

Hi my dear friend! Very interesting train schedules, routes. Most interested in the time issue. My body and mind do not appreciate changing the clocks twice a year. I’m out of sync for weeks! It’s that darkness occurs at odd hours and I do not adjust like I did earlier in life. Remember vaguely 5:00 pm off duty time was DARK and who wants to find your car in ever changing parking assignments (no people trains then here, freight only) and drive home in traffic on dark roads? Enjoy your Sunday! Hope you can write in one place and stay warm and dry!😘

Yes, now comes the dark season. I don't mind it that much - even though as you say it's dark when you get to work and dark when you leave.

Thank you for the many laughs while reading this!! Your road map in getting to Schlössli is delightful. I could have used your train expertise when visiting Munich and Groningen some years ago. The plane landed in Frankfurt and I needed the train to Munich. In my exhaustion I mistakenly got on the S-Bahn and fell asleep with my bare feet on the seat across. I woke to the conductor soundly scolding me. I clumsily apologized in English and he left. The only other occupant in the car was a distinguished older gentleman, face hidden behind a newspaper. He said, "You are a very bad girl." We both burst out laughing. Thankfully I had the trains mastered before my Groningen trip.

Glad you liked it, Rena.

German trains are a nightmare at the moment. The Swiss are now making people change trains in Basel so we're no longer reliant on trains coming from Germany. They were always late and messed up our entire system. Caused a huge uproar.

Feet on the seat on a German trains - very naughty indeed.

Love the picture of the river and the foliage's color. There were similar colour in Denmark but currently I am in Sicily and probably next year in the North of Italy.

Good Sunday Evelyne

And you ask me if I want it? Of course yes. I don't know where exactly. As you know I had many public competition s and I won one of them. But that's not until the new year that I ll know where : Italian red tape 🙄.I'm looking forward to meet you,

On top of that it will also be easier for me to travel to Switzerland and meet you.

It was roughly 30 years ago last time I was in Switzerland (Geneve, une fiancée 🤪)
